Risk disclosure
Bitcoin and wallet responsibility
Bitcoin’s value can change substantially. Network fees and transaction timing vary. Sending to an incorrect address can cause loss, and transactions generally cannot be reversed. Wallet and backup handling matter whether you use self-custody software, hardware or an account provider.
Circles depend on participants
Coordination software cannot force a member to contribute or guarantee that a cycle finishes. Missed payments, disagreements and incorrect instructions can occur. An on-chain payment record does not settle every disagreement about a group’s rules.
Third-party services
Exchanges, wallet apps and hardware devices have different custody models and risks. Familiarity is not a guarantee of security or suitability. Check the official provider’s current terms, fees, supported networks and regional availability. CoinHearted’s links are not an audit or warranty.
Exploratory rewards
$HARTD remains an exploratory participation concept. Joining the waitlist does not promise an allocation or value. No token sale, yield or guaranteed return is offered by this preview.
Prelaunch status
The landing page demonstrates a concept. It does not establish a production-ready platform, audited contracts, a deployed decentralized network or confirmed provider integrations.
