What this policy covers

This policy describes the current CoinHearted prelaunch website and waitlist. Planned wallet, circle, referral and token features are not covered as if they already exist.

Information you provide

The waitlist stores your email address, optional first name, optional research-conversation choice, landing-page source, subscription status and submission/confirmation timestamps. We send a confirmation link to verify that you can access the email address before adding you to the confirmed waitlist. Joining does not create a wallet or financial account. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, wallet backups or payment information.

Website preferences and requests

Your chosen light or dark theme can be saved in this browser’s local storage. The website does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels. A necessary session cookie protects email confirmation and unsubscribe actions against forged requests. Our waitlist code uses a keyed client identifier for rate limiting and does not store a raw IP address in its database. The site and mailbox are hosted by Hostinger. Hosting infrastructure may process connection information such as IP addresses and request logs. A short-lived arithmetic challenge and a hidden spam-trap field help limit automated submissions; neither is used for advertising.

How information is used

Waitlist information is used for project updates and subscription administration. Research invitations use your optional research choice. The site also processes requests to operate the form and limit abuse. It does not use waitlist data to move Bitcoin or approve a transaction.

Sharing and outside websites

We do not sell or rent the waitlist. Project operators and service providers may need access to run the service or deliver requested updates. Hostinger provides website hosting and email delivery for the waitlist. Once you confirm, a signup notification containing your email address, optional name and research preference is delivered to our waitlist@coinhearted.com mailbox. The subscriber database is stored outside the public website folder. No email tracking pixels are included.

Provider icons are hosted locally. Clicking an external link takes you to that company’s website and its own policies. Those providers do not receive waitlist data through these links.

Retention and your choices

Keep your submission to information needed for the waitlist. You can decline research invitations and clear the saved browser theme at any time. The welcome message includes an unsubscribe link. If you did not request a confirmation email, you can ignore it; the address will not be activated. You can unsubscribe without signing in; unsubscribing stops future waitlist updates and research invitations. Subscription records and past operational mailbox notifications may remain after unsubscribing. For removal or a copy of your information, contact us using the address below. An overall retention schedule remains to be finalized.
